Is There a Reformation Promo Code?
We didn't find a public promo code printed on Reformation's site in October 2026. Its help center says plainly: "We're not offering any promos or discounts at this time," and that sales are announced through the newsletter. The one offer the US site does show is a pop-up that reads "Sign up for emails and texts to get 10% off." Reformation's help-center summary ties that 10% to a full-price order. Two more things to know: promo codes are case-sensitive, and they can't be combined with sale items to lower the price further. If a real code turns up, you'll find it on our Reformation deals page.
Deal 1: 10% Off for Signing Up
Reformation's welcome pop-up offers 10% off when you sign up for emails and texts. It even jokes, "Yes, this is a bribe." Here's what 10% looks like on a few pieces:
| Piece | Price | 10% saving | You pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Santino Knit Top | $78 | $7.80 | $70.20 |
| Cashmere Boyfriend Sweater | $178 | $17.80 | $160.20 |
| Daisy Dress | $248 | $24.80 | $223.20 |
| Radziwill Silk Dress | $398 | $39.80 | $358.20 |
| Remy Knee Boot | $498 | $49.80 | $448.20 |
The pop-up doesn't appear for every visitor or on every page. If you don't see it, look for the "Get 10% off" bubble on the site. The bigger your full-price order, the more that 10% is worth, so bundle what you want into one cart.
Deal 2: Free Shipping on Everything
Standard US shipping is free, with no minimum shown. It typically arrives within 5–10 business days in the continental US, and most orders ship within 2 business days. Need it sooner for an event? Ground costs $10, Express (2 business days) $25 and Next Day $40. Express orders must be placed by 1 PM Pacific to ship the same day.
Deal 3: Skip the $8 Return Fee
US refunds to your original payment method carry an $8 return fee per order. You can avoid it four ways:
- Exchange for another size or color of the same style at the same price. It's free in the continental US, once per item.
- Choose Instant Ref Credit. You get the full amount back as credit you can use straight away online or in Ref stores.
- Return in-store at a Ref location.
- Be a Friends with Benefits member and keep at least one item from the order.
Every return or exchange must start within 30 days of delivery, with items unworn and tags attached.
Deal 4: Friends with Benefits
Reformation's loyalty tier is earned, not bought. You qualify by spending and keeping $1,000 of Ref product in a calendar year (promos, taxes, returns and shipping excluded), across more than one order using the same email. The perk the FAQ spells out is no return fee as long as you keep one item from each order.
Deal 5: Shop the Price-Capped Edits
The Under $100 collection is the easy way in. We saw the Santino Knit Top at $78, and the Norette and Iris knit tops at $98 each. The Under $200 edit adds pieces like the Kori Knit Dress ($198) and the Cashmere Boyfriend Sweater ($178). Spreading the cost? Afterpay works on eligible US orders from $1 to $1,000.
